Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or Postponement by the Organiser
If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organising institution, the organiser is responsible for issuing refunds to all ticket buyers. Campusmeet will facilitate the refund through the Platform upon written instruction from the organiser. The platform fee charged on the original transaction is non-refundable to the organiser in the event of cancellation.
Refund Requests by Ticket Buyers
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser
- A verified technical error on the Platform resulted in a duplicate charge
- The event is materially different from what was represented at the time of purchase
Refund requests must be submitted to campusmeetoffice@gmail.com within 48 hours of the event date or the cancellation announcement, whichever is earlier.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on Easebuzz and the ticket buyer's bank.
Payment Disputes
For any payment dispute — failed transaction, incorrect deduction, or settlement delay — contact campusmeetoffice@gmail.com with your transaction reference number. If unresolved within 7 working days, you may escalate directly to Easebuzz under their dispute resolution process.
