Official Cancellation & Refund Policy

Padma Air conditioning and Refrigeration believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- VARNABHA PRAVAS PATRA , Bratadeep Sarkar does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the VARNABHA PRAVAS PATRA, it’ll take 9-15 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
General Refund Policy
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE under normal circumstances. Campus Meet operates on a strict no-refund policy for personal reasons, change of plans, or user-initiated cancellations.
Refunds will NOT be provided for the following reasons:

By completing a ticket purchase on Campus Meet, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood this refund policy
- You accept the non-refundable nature of most transactions
- You are purchasing a license to attend, not ownership of the ticket
- All sales are subject to these terms at the time of purchase
Event Cancellation by Organizer
Full Refund Guarantee: If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, a full refund (excluding platform convenience fees) will be automatically processed to the original payment method.

Organizer officially cancels event through Campus Meet platform
Automatic Refund Initiation
Campus Meet automatically processes refunds for all affected tickets
Bank Processing
Refund transmitted to your bank/payment provider
Funds Reflection
Reflects in your account based on bank processing times
Refunds include:
- Full Ticket Price: 100% of ticket face value
- Taxes: All applicable taxes paid
- Excluded: Platform convenience fees (non-refundable service charge)
Upon event cancellation, you will receive:
- Email notification with cancellation details
- SMS alert (if mobile number provided)
- In-app notification
- Refund confirmation email with timeline
Event Rescheduling & Postponement
Ticket Validity: If an event is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket automatically remains valid for the new date and time.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you must request a refund within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement. After this window, tickets become non-refundable for the new date.
Organizers must provide clear notice of rescheduling including:
- Original event date and new date
- Reason for rescheduling
- Any changes to venue or program
- Instructions for refund requests
If an event is rescheduled multiple times, the 48-hour refund window applies only to the most recent rescheduling announcement.
Bundle/Combo Ticket Policy
Important: Bundle tickets are sold as indivisible units. Partial cancellation of individual events within a bundle is strictly prohibited unless the specific event is cancelled by the Organizer.
If specific events within a bundle are cancelled, refunds are calculated using the Pro-Rata Method:
- Calculate individual event value: (Bundle Price ÷ Total Events)
- Multiply by number of cancelled events
- Deduct platform convenience fees proportionally
- Remaining events in bundle remain valid
Users cannot:
- Transfer individual events from a bundle to another person
- Exchange bundle events for different events
- Request partial refunds for unattended events within a bundle
- Split bundle across multiple payment methods
Denied Entry & No Refund Scenarios
ZERO REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued if entry is denied due to user violations, misconduct, or failure to meet entry requirements.
Users must verify and comply with all entry requirements before purchase:
- Check age restrictions for each event
- Review dress code requirements
- Verify required identification documents
- Check prohibited items list
- Note venue-specific rules

For eligible refunds, follow these steps:

- Include reason for refund with supporting documents

- Receive decision notification via email
- If approved, refund processed to original payment method
