These Terms and Conditions, along with our privacy policy and any other applicable terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between Padma Air conditioning and Refrigeration (GST No.: 26AHEPP1990M1ZU) (“Website Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable), or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

The use of this website or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

  • To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account.
  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Your use of our Services and the website is solely at your own risk and discretion. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.
  • The contents of the Website and the Services are proprietary to Us and you will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents.
  • You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Website or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms or applicable laws.
  • You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
  • You agree not to use the website and/ or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
  • You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.
  • You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.
  • You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
  • These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in pune, Maharashtra.
  • All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to us using the contact information provided on this website.

Definitions & Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Platform"

Refers to Campus Meet, including its website (https://campusmeet.in), mobile applications, APIs, and all associated services, software, tools, and content.

"Organizer"

Refers to any college club, society, department, student body, or authorized entity that creates, lists, manages, and hosts events on the Platform.

"User"

Refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform, including but not limited to students, ticket purchasers, and event attendees.

"Event"

Refers to any activity, gathering, workshop, seminar, competition, or function listed on the Platform by an Organizer.

"Ticket"

Refers to an electronic authorization granting the holder the right to attend a specific Event, subject to these Terms.

"Bundle" or "Combo"

Refers to a package of multiple Tickets sold together as a single unit at a discounted price.

"Service"

Refers to the event discovery, ticket booking, payment processing, and related services provided by Campus Meet.

"Content"

Refers to any text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio, data, or other materials displayed on or through the Platform.

Interpretation Rules

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

  • References to the singular include the plural and vice versa
  • References to persons include individuals, corporations, and unincorporated associations
  • The headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
  • References to legislation include any amendments or re-enactments
  • The words "include", "including", and "in particular" are to be construed as illustrative without limitation

Acceptance of Terms

2.1

Binding Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using the Campus Meet Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy (collectively, the "Agreement").

2.2

Modification Rights

Campus Meet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2.3

Supplemental Terms

Certain features or services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable feature or service. Supplemental terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed part of, these Terms for purposes of the applicable feature or service.

Platform Role & Legal Status

Campus Meet is an event aggregation platform and intermediary as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

We facilitate transactions between Organizers and Users but are NOT the organizer, host, or manager of any Events listed on our Platform. We act solely as a neutral venue for Organizers to list Events and for Users to discover and purchase Tickets.

3.1

Limited Responsibilities

Campus Meet's responsibilities are strictly limited to:

  • Providing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of the Platform
  • Processing Ticket purchases and payments
  • Facilitating communication between Organizers and Users
  • Providing customer support for Platform-related issues
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws as an intermediary
3.2

Excluded Responsibilities

Campus Meet is NOT responsible for, and expressly disclaims any liability for:

  • The quality, safety, conduct, or management of any Event
  • The accuracy or completeness of Event information provided by Organizers
  • Any injuries, losses, or damages incurred at Event venues
  • Organizer's compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Any disputes between Users and Organizers
  • The cancellation, postponement, or alteration of Events by Organizers

Important Notice: Campus Meet does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any Events, Organizers, or Users. All transactions are between Users and Organizers directly. We are not a party to any agreement between Users and Organizers.

Eligibility & Registration

4.1

Age Requirements

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf
  • You are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law
4.2

Student Status Verification

To maintain the integrity of our Platform as a student-focused service:

  • You must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited educational institution
  • You agree to provide accurate information about your educational institution
  • You may be required to verify your student status through institutional email or other means
  • Campus Meet reserves the right to restrict access to non-students at its discretion
4.3

Geographical Restrictions

The Platform is intended for use within India. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations.

Account Management

5.1

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Notify Campus Meet immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use
  • Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
5.2

Account Suspension & Termination

Campus Meet reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms
  • Take appropriate legal action against violators
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
5.3

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Note that:

  • Deletion may not cancel pending transactions
  • Historical data may be retained as required by law
  • Certain information may remain in backup systems
  • Deletion is irreversible

Booking & Payment Terms

6.1

Ticket Availability

All Ticket sales are subject to availability. Campus Meet does not guarantee Ticket availability for any Event. Display of an Event on the Platform does not constitute an offer to sell Tickets.

6.2

Bundled Tickets Policy

Bundled Tickets (Combos) are treated as indivisible units. Partial cancellation of one Event within a Bundle is strictly prohibited unless the Event itself is cancelled by the Organizer. Refunds for cancelled Events within Bundles are calculated on a pro-rata basis as detailed in our Refund Policy.

6.3

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Campus Meet may charge a convenience fee for Ticket booking services, which will be clearly displayed before payment completion.

6.4

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you authorize Campus Meet to charge the applicable fees. Failed payments may result in Ticket cancellation.

6.5

Order Confirmation

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation with your Ticket details. Campus Meet reserves the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other irregularities.

7

User Conduct & Responsibilities

7.1

Entry Requirements

Users must present a valid, original College ID Card at the Event venue. Failure to produce valid identification may result in denied entry without refund. Digital or photocopied IDs are not accepted unless explicitly permitted by the Organizer.

7.2

Prohibited Items & Conduct

Strictly prohibited at all Events:

  • Possession of illegal substances, drugs, or narcotics
  • Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, or explosives
  • Alcohol (unless explicitly permitted by the Organizer and venue)
  • Professional recording equipment without prior authorization
  • Any items that may endanger safety or disrupt the Event
7.3

Behavioral Standards

Users must:

  • Comply with all Organizer and venue rules and regulations
  • Respect the rights and safety of other attendees
  • Follow instructions from Event staff and security personnel
  • Not engage in disorderly, threatening, or harassing behavior
  • Not damage property or equipment
7.4

Platform Usage Restrictions

Users shall not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
  • Use any automated system to access the Platform
  • Resell Tickets without Organizer authorization

Intellectual Property Rights

8.1

Campus Meet IP

All Platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Campus Meet or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, Campus Meet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8.3

User Content

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Campus Meet a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

Campus Meet is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage of any kind resulting from your use of the Platform or attendance at any Event. Users attend Events at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and property.

9.1

Exclusions of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Meet shall not be liable for:

Indirect Damages Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
Third-Party Actions Acts or omissions of Organizers, venues, or other Users
Force Majeure Events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Technical Issues Platform downtime, errors, or security breaches
9.2

Liability Cap

In no event shall Campus Meet's total liability exceed the greater of (a) ₹1000 or (b) the amount paid by you to Campus Meet in the six months preceding the claim.

9.3

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that attendance at Events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and other dangers. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

Indemnification

10.1

Your Indemnity Obligation

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Campus Meet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right
  • Your attendance at any Event
  • Any content you submit to the Platform

Termination

11.1

Termination by Campus Meet

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11.2

Termination by You

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.

11.3

Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranties, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12

Dispute Resolution

12.1

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12.3

Dispute Process

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to:

  1. Notify Campus Meet in writing of the dispute
  2. Engage in good-faith negotiations for 30 days
  3. Attempt mediation if negotiations fail
12.4

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

13

Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Campus Meet regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.

13.2

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.3

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

13.5

Notices

Notices may be provided via email, Platform notification, or posting on our website. Notices are deemed effective when sent.
